Inte värt det pris vi betalade men det finns billigare alternativ , små bungalower, inom området. Huvudbyggnaden är fräsch och ligger vid pool, hav och restaurang. Här finns inga solstolar på stranden utan på kanten mellan poolen och havet. Det var fint men stolarna var inte lika många som gästerna. Stranden och havsbadet var inte alls som vi förväntat oss, grov sand och lite sumpig botten. Många båtar låg där utanför. Saireestranden duger visst till att ta sig ett dopp från men många tar båtturer för att snorkla, dyka och bada på andra ställen. Personalen i receptionen beställer taxibåt om man vill. På kvällen var det trevligt på hotellets restaurang som dukade till grillafton på stranden. Det är nära till byns många restauranger och affärer. Mycket billigt att äta och dricka på denna ö! Städningen av golvet var slarvig. När vi klagade erbjöd de sig att göra om det. Vi hade bokat rum deluxe B (ganska dyrt) och blev besvikna. Ett nytt hus hade byggts på baksidan vilket innebar en murad vägg två meter från balkong och framför det enda fönstret. Vi fick byta till deluxe A men fick betala 300 Bath extra per natt. Ännu dyrare rum alltså men nu med fin balkong mot pool och hav. Sköna sängar men luftkonditioneringen var alltför kraftig, den blåste för fullt över oss hela natten trots att den var inställd på lägsta hastighet. Vi frös faktiskt! Hotellet har gratis transfer till piren när det är dags att lämna ön.

What a dive.We made a big mistake with this. Thank God it was only for 3 nights. The room was scruffy.There was a Greek style toilet and only cold water.This was supposed to be a Junior Villa-more like Aston Villa.The balcony was not falling to pieces-it already had.The exterior was in total darkness at night so a torch is necessary. The breakfasts were a joke. Just try toasting bread on a George Forman grill-it was very similar to this.Impossible.Why they didn t have a proper toaster God knows.That said the staff were very helpful and friendly.The area of Sairee is very Busy and seedy and you take your life in your hands when you go out as there are no footpaths and you have to walk along a very busy road.There is a walking street nearby but again idiots on scooters drive very fast up and down this walkway.There are however many good restaurants nearby.Needless to say we will never return to this dump.

Booked family room for 1,890 then paid extra 900 to upgrade to delux garden view room. Well worth the extra money. Great location & pool. 2nd room was 5*. only complaint hot water not always available & room was v clean as it was new but daily cleaning was not as good as other resorts. But over-all I would def. stay here again & they have rooms to suit all budgets.

The resort is very nice,close to all the coffe shop/restaurant ecc.. the room with ac was ok, mybe the bathroom need a restyle,breakfast was nice with many things to eat.

The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment, but the staff are friendly and helpful. When we did have a problem it was dealt with efficiently. Location is fantastic and the pool is lovely.

Super Hotel, mitten am Sairee Beach! Das Frühstück war recht einfach gehalten mit Thailändischem Essen und Toast mit Mafmelade. Frische Früchte und Saft runden das Angebot ab. Abends gabs lecker BBQ am Strand.

nice Resort,good location, nice staff. construction work was going on everywhere was construction material lying around. It was not noisy, but optically not attractive. Bar closed at 10 pm! However the next bar is just around the corner. Good breakfast

Great beach location with friendly staff. Lots of renovating and new buildings going up but once completed and garden area maintained should be very nice. Standard room with airconditioning is very simple but clean, bathroom old. Resort has a nice pool area with more deck chairs overlooking beach as well as the cafe. 2 minute walk to the village area, far enough not to hear the party goers. Only con was breakfast, always cold and became boring after a few days. Overall would consider coming back to this hotel if I couldn t get a better deal close by.

This was a lovely place to stay, very friendly staff with clean and comfortable rooms. Right on the beach as well, which is gorgeous and their is a lovely beach front restaurant and bar where you can enjoy cocktails and good food.

Disappointed in Sairee Hut. The place was a construction zone and the evening staff was very rude. One evening at 10pm I locked myself out of my room and went to reception. The chubby girl at restaurant reception told me too bad and to sleep on the beach and offered no other help. I couldn t believe it! I had to then insist on someone else contacting the manager and wait 30 minutes for the manager to come and send someone to let me in my room. Also no water pressure so couldn t have a hot shower without the water switching off. Way better places to stay on Sairee beach.

Great location on Sairee Beach. Nice & quiet resort (even the building work wasn t disturbing) but right on the beach and close to the bars and shops nearby. Beautiful sunsets each evening - I ate in the resort restaurant a couple of times & it was v nice. There are also lots of places to eat close by too. This booking was for an a/c double room. I later moved into a fan room as I was on a budget. A/C room was nicer and had a few extra perks (safe, fridge), but both were fine. I booked my onward travel plus day trips from reception. V helpful and friendly staff

Found the place very nice. It s the opposite side of the island to the trashy part of Pangan which was good for us. It s the nicest resort on an extremely nice beach. The beach is beautiful and not too crowded like other beaches can get. The staff and service was very helpful. They organised buses for anyone that wanted to go to the fullmoon party. The pool is very nice. only complaint is that the pool bar is not operational :( But would definately recomend this place

The service at the restaurant was far below par. Food that was ordered never came on multiple occassions and we always had to ask for our check at least 3 times before we received it. After the second day of poor service we refused to eat there anymore. There was also a lot of construction, which is ok but no discount was given and we made reservations(deposit) prior to knowing about the construction taking place.

Good hotel, good location, fairly quiet, fairly well maintained. The rooms (junior bungalow) are quite spacious and well equipped, but it lacks hot water to make it perfect. The staff is friendly, available and easy. The breakfast is quite extensive and stocked regularly. Good quality for this price range.

There is a lot of construction works being held at the moment (Sept 2010), a lot of dirt on the road in the hotel, many of the workers and other thai people are constantly in the territory of the hotel, some of the are very noisy and even live there. Not recommended at least before the reconstruction works are over.

Lovely clean rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We extended our stay by 2 extra days with no problems. If you book a diving course they give you accommodation free, but we were given a discount on the diving as the decision wasn t made until we were there. Dive school was very good. The resort has a lovely pool on the beachfront and breakfast can be taken on the beach. The location is good if you don t want to be in the thick of it but close enough to walk easily. Lots of lovely restaurants close by.
